Dear Ngwe Tun,

Why is it important to encode the fractions? Are they a common part of
Myanmar text? Fractions are usually not encoded in other languages.
There are a few of them for Latin numbers, but they are not a necessary
part of text, would a representation such as 1/3 (using Myanmar
numbers) not be acceptable?
