A mix of platforms actually, Michael.
Windows x64, FreeBSD, and Ubuntu Linux are the major three I currently use.

My x64 has IMEs set up for Dutch, Chinese, Japanese, and Korean next to the
default English. On FreeBSD and Ubuntu I use UIM.

Keyboards over here in the Netherlands are generally US (international)
ones.
