    Certainly an April's joke...

    This evening on France 2 (public TV channel) evening news, the joke was
    about the wind mills used to produce energy: they would increase slow down
    the rotation of earth so much that in 2040, the day will need to count an
    additional hour, and all clocks will have soon to be changed !!!

    And already a vendor of clocks was protesting about it; that's also variant
    of what occurs each year after the shift to summer time, that occured here
    during the last weekend...
