The ISO 15924 files including the normative data file have been
uploaded today to correct a typo in which some dates intended to be
2009-02-23 were mistakenly written 2009-02-23.
These changes are made silently except that the normative file is
named iso15924-utf8-20090223-corr.txt instead of the previous iso15924-
utf8-20090223.txt
