    I’ve been using such a system for quite a while now, having developed an
    “expansion” of the usual Portuguese PC/Win keyboard. To the original
    deadkey and AltGr key values I added quite a lot of others, and just
    replaced my keyboard driver (and in quite a few other computers’ too!).
    I attach the MSKLC project file.
