Resolution:	The UAX will be updated with final content and published as part of Unicode 12.0.

Description of Issue:

A Proposed Update of UAX #44, Unicode Character Database for the Unicode 12.0 release is now available for public review and comment. This draft clarifies that the abbreviated property alias in PropertyAliases.txt is not actually always an abbreviation and is not always shorter than the "long" alias. The note on the derivation of Default_Ignorable_Code_Point has been updated to account for Egyptian hieroglyph format controls. This draft adds text to clarify Grapheme_Extend, and also documents the new USourceRSChart.pdf radical-stroke index for UAX #45.
