Description of Issue:
This Unicode Standard Annex will be updated for Unicode 12.0. The proposed
update is now available for general public review and comment. This draft
updates the derivation of Lower and Upper for Sentence_Break for Georgian, to
account for the difference in how casing in Georgian interacts with sentence
boundaries.
