In UAX #14, the new “Do not break inside the orthographic syllables of Brahmic scripts” line break rule is numbered LB28b. Because there is no rule LB28a (and there never has been as far as I can tell), it should instead be LB28a. Furthermore, the new rule LB15b accidentally lists its number twice.
