Out of the codepoints listed as Historical Code Point in IRG IWDS 4 (most recently IRGN2811), should the subset that are CJK Compatibility Ideographs be considered candidates for the DoNotEmit data given that, although they have decompositions, the decomposition does not correspond to the preferred representation (since the glyph-form represented by the Compatibility Ideograph has since been disunified from the latter's corresponding Unified Ideograph, hence their inclusion in that list)?
