I write and maintain unicode_string, a conformant implementation of UAX #14 and UAX #29 written in the Elixir language. This feedback comes from having implemented the proposal against Unicode Version 18.0 data, comparing it directly with my existing hand-written implementation, and then adopting it: the published tables drive all four break types in the released version.
