• Taxis from the San Jose International Airport (SJC) to Adobe's headquarters are about $20 one way. Some of the nearby hotels also operate their own airport shuttles.

DATES & SCHEDULE:

• Tuesday, April 30 — 10:30AM – 5:30PM
• Wednesday, May 1 & Thursday, May 2 — 9:30AM – 5:30PM
• Friday, May 3 — 9:30AM – 5PM

PARKING: Please use the East Tower entrance on Almaden Boulevard or the West Tower entrance on Park Avenue. Be sure to inform the parking attendant that you are attending the UTC meeting and a guest of Ken Lunde (there will be no charge). For those who arrive in an EV (electric vehicle) and require EV charging, there is a single ChargePoint L2 EV charging station on the first floor of the East Tower that is reserved for visitor use. There is no charge for its use, but you will need a ChargePoint account, and will be limited to four hours of charging per session.

CHECK-IN: Go to the Almaden Tower lobby at 151 Almaden Boulevard, which is to the right of the East Tower parking entrance. As long as you have RSVPed (see below), there should be a badge waiting for you each day.

MEETING VENUE: The meeting is being hosted in the Aberdeen conference room, which is conveniently located on the first floor of the Almaden Tower. Morning and afternoon refreshments will be served in the room, and lunch will be provided in the form of $10 vouchers for the temPLATES café (click to view the menu for each day) that is located on the second floor of the almost-adjacent West Tower. For those who prefer a full salad bar, the Palettes café will be an option. The Layers café on the first floor of the adjacent East Tower is open for breakfast from 7:30 to 10:30AM, its coffee bar and bakery are open from 7:30AM to 4PM, and can be used for ad-hoc meetings. Please be advised that cash is not accepted, and that the only acceptable forms of payment are credit cards.

HOST REGISTRATION & WI-FI: Host registration and access to Adobe's guest Wi-Fi network require RSVPing with your name, affiliation, and email address to lunde@adobe.com so that daily badges and guest Wi-Fi network credentials can be prepared for you prior to the meeting. For those having problems making a connection when entering your issued credentials, please try to connect to the following IP address: 192.0.2.1.
