2. Meeting logistics:
To provide the best hybrid meeting experience, all participants should join the virtual meeting in Microsoft Teams, including those attending in person. Please have Teams installed before the meeting; you can download it for free here.
2.1 On-site attendance
The meeting will be held in the 237 Caspian conference room of Microsoft’s Silicon Valley Campus (SVC) at 1045 La Avenida St., Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. On arrival, enter the main lobby from the west side off Macon Avenue near La Avenida St. (See aerial photo below.)
Parking: From La Avenida St., turn south onto Macon Avenue. There will be signs for visitor parking on the west side of the campus along Macon Avenue. (See aerial photo below.) Vehicles need to be registered at the lobby — the receptionist will ask for plate number, make, model, color, and year of the vehicle.
Public transit: The Mountain View Transit Center has stops for both Caltrain and VTA Light Rail. From the Mountain View Transit Center, you can take the free MVGo Route B shuttle, which stops at SVC by the main lobby entrance. Or, you can take VTA bus 40, which stops at the intersection of N Shoreline Blvd and Pear Ave, with a short walk (0.5 mi) to SVC.
