2. Meeting logistics:
To provide the best hybrid meeting experience, all participants should join the virtual meeting in Microsoft Teams, including those attending in person. Please have Teams installed before the meeting; you can download it for free here.
2.1 On-site attendance
The meeting will be held in the Lavender room (1.3A) of Building 3, 15885 NE 36th St, REDMOND, WA 98052, on the Microsoft campus in Redmond, WA. Building 3 is located on NE 36th Street, a short block east of 156th Avenue NE. The lobby entrance is on the west side of the building.

Teams meeting: When joining the Teams meeting (see below), select “Don’t use audio”.
Parking: There is a large underground parking complex under Building 3 and adjacent buildings. Entrances to the garage are located on NE 36th Street east of 156th Avenue NE, or on 156th Avenue NE south of NE 36th Street. For proximity to Building 3, the best entrances are on NE 36th Street. The garage is a large complex; Zone A Orange and the North elevators / stairs will be closest to Building 3. There are designated visitor parking spots, but guests may park in any spot not reserved for special use. Vehicles need to be registered at the lobby — the receptionist will ask for make, model, year and plate number / state of the vehicle.
Public transit: Building 3 is conveniently located close to the Redmond Technology Station on the Sound Transit #2 Light Rail line that goes between Seattle and downtown Redmond. You can cross 156th Avenue NE at surface level or take the elevated footbridge that ends next to Building 7. If travelling from SeaTac Airport, you can take the #1 light rail line toward Lynnwood City Center, transfering in downtown Seattle to the #2 line going to Redmond. There are also several Sound Transit or King County Metro bus routes between the Microsoft campus and downtown Seattle.

4. Hotels
The Extended Stay America and the Element or Aloft hotels are close to the Microsoft campus and the meeting venue — about 10- to 20-minutes walk. Downtown Redmond is a short light rail ride from the Microsoft campus, has plenty of evening time restaurants and other amenities, and there are hotel close to the Downtown Redmond or Marymoor Village light rail stations.
