2. Meeting logistics:
To provide the best hybrid meeting experience, all participants should join the virtual meeting in Webex, including those attending in person. Prior to the meeting, please install the Webex app, which you can download for free here.
2.1 On-site attendance
The meeting will be held in the N113 conference room of Ensad Nancy school, located at 1 place Cartier-Bresson, 54000 Nancy. On the first day, the ANRT representative (Varya Goncharova) will meet you in the ground floor entrance hall to guide you through the building and give you the access cards for the building and lift. Please remember to return the cards on Wednesday.
Local transportation: Stan Nancy runs local buses and trolleys. The T1 trolley can be taken from the city center (Place Stanislas) or from the Nancy train station; the ARTEM-Blandan-Thermal stop is next to the ARTEM campus. From the city center, you can also take Bus 11, which stops directly in front of the venue. There are ticket-selling machines at each stop. All public transport is free on weekends. (A helpful guide, in English, Spanish or French, is also available at busmaps.com.) When arriving by trolley T1, walk along the glass façade of the campus for five minutes; the last building you reach will be the Ensad school.
For taxis, Uber or Bolt are convenient options.
Webex meeting: When joining the Webex meeting in person, make sure that the “Use computer audio” option is not selected. See the Online attendance section below for additional details.

2.2 Online attendance
Use the “Join Webex Meeting” link below for all meeting days.
People planning to join the meeting should notify the chair or hosts in advance (see contact information below). You must set you Webex profile to show your full name and a well-formed email address. Then click the “Join as a guest” button, after which you will enter a Webex lobby to be admitted by a meeting host.
Note: You will not be admitted if the name appearing in the Webex lobby isn’t recognized!

4. Hotels
The city of Nancy is easy to get around using local transit, and several hotels are available within a short commute. Villa Thermae is 5 minutes walk from the venue. Several other options are available on this site.
