Windows CE Internationalization
Bill Hall - eTranslate, Inc.
Windows CE (Compact Edition) is Microsoft's version of Win32 designed to support hand-held, palm-sized, Auto PC, and other embedded systems. Unlike many new operating systems, Windows CE was born with fully developed internationalization features and using Unicode as its internal character set. In this talk we combine presentation materials with demonstration programs to explore the Windows CE development environment, the locale model, and the use of Unicode.
