Glenn is right. You are not helping with these complaints. If you have
trouble at a certain level because of political foolishness, then you may
not be able to work on that level.

The way forward is to work in ISO/IEC JTC1/SC2/WG2/IRG, the Ideographic
Rapporteur Group. It is through the activities of this group that new
characters are added to the standard. Members of that group are from
various countries, at least China, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Vietnam, the
US, and Taiwan. You need to address your needs and concerns to that group.
Addressing them here -- well, it has worked for you well enough. By voicing
your concerns, you now know that the thing to do is participate in the work
of WG2/IRG.
