I guess any serious person can have access to the full document currently
under ballot. However we will only accept comments through national bodies
so you're stronlgy encourgaed to do this through that channel.

In the meanwhile ISO/IEC CD 14651 is available at this address:

It is a confidential document, in the sense that one must know where it is.
There is currently no password checking at this site, thanks God. I think it
is good like this at this stage. But do not do too much publicity about that
(: Restrictions could then come faster than any shadow.
