Version 1.1 (has a version number now) of the character mapping tables has
been release which includes the KSC5601.TXT and JOHAB.TXT files contributed by
Jungshik Shin. The file names have also been changed to fit the annoying 8.3
format and all now have a .TXT on the end. The distributions are:

  [Unix, et al]
  ftp://crl.nmsu.edu/CLR/multiling/character-sets/csets-1.1.tar.gz

  [DOS et al]
  ftp://crl.nmsu.edu/CLR/multiling/character-sets/csets11.zip

Enjoy!
