The Convener of WG2 has assigned document number N1740 to the following
paper. It hasn't been posted up to the Danish server yet, but for now the
URL on my site is: http://www.indigo.ie/egt/standards/tetra/tetra.html.

This paper is by Mark Shoulson and Michael Everson, and is a proposal to
encode the Hebrew Tetragrammaton in the UCS.
