Get those leg-irons out of the attic and go after the folks in your
organization who haven't submitted their IUC13 talks even though it is way
past the deadline. IUC12 was much later in the year than is usual for our
Spring Conference, so our timeline for IUC13 is extremely tight. There
simply won't be time for those "the cat ate my submission so here's another
one" excuses. Don't put it off; do it now!
