A query

 dear friends,
         well! i need to convert JIS,SJIS,EUC to U.T.F-8 and Vice Versa
so for that i need conversion tables ,so if anybody has worked on above thing or
know
about it can help me out ,
                SJIS
                JIS <---> UTF-8
                EUC
waiting for suggestions
