mapping Shift-JIS user-defined chars to Unicode

Is there another table out there besides Ken Lunde's table in "CJKV
Information Processing"? (page 206, Table 4-66) I'm confused how the
Shift-JIS range in the left column, 188 characters, map on 187
characters of Unicode (example: Shift-JIS F040 to F0FC map to E000-E0BB)

Also, what does one do of the first byte of the Shift-JIS is FA, FB, or
FC?
