Furthermore, the relationship between Hangul jamo and syllables is
at least algorithmic (a few multiplications and additions),
whereas the Arabic $@#* is far from algorithmic. Best advice
is to use only the 06xx Arabics and the ZWJ/ZWNJ and skip the
compatibility characters altogether.
