I am a translator and wonder if there is a fixed and approved German
translation of The Unicode Standard, Version 2.0. In particular, I'm
interested in terms such as "Left-to-right mark (LRM)", "Zero width joiner"
and other control characters.

Could you give me the name of German reference material.
