A few UTF-8 demonstration files are part of

  http://www.cl.cam.ac.uk/~mgk25/download/ucs-fonts.tar.gz

These are

utf-8-demo.txt the test page I use to check the new X11 Unicode fonts
utf-8-test.txt for verifying the robustness of your UTF-8 decoder
quickbrown.txt collection of sentences with all letters of a language

Interesting contributions to these test files are very welcome.

Markus
