Hindi: how many maximum of hindi consonants can be grouped for ligature

Hi folk,

According to the Ligature rules for hindi script in Unicode book (page 6-41),
the rule "R12" has the following samples.

        K.SSHA(d) + YA (l) --> K.SSH (h) + YA (n) --> "One Ligature" (Ln)
        
        This ligature (Ln) already comes from 3 consonants as shown below.
        
        KA
        SSHA
        YA
        
        KA (d) + SSHA (l) --> K.SSHA (n)
        K.SSHA(d) + YA (l) --> K.SSH (h) + YA (n) --> Ln
        
Can this ligature combined with another consonant like below ?

        Ln + VIRAMA + consonant (live) ---> Can or cannot ?
