Is there a schedule for updating Unicode 3.0 Beta Data File:
EastAsianWidth.txt.
(EastAsianWidth-3.beta.txt dated Jul 2, 1999).

There are conflicts with UnicodeData.txt, primarily in the YI RADICALS U+A4xx.

In the interim, is safe to reverse-engineer EastAsianWidth.txt from
UnicodeData.txt?
