Thanks for reporting the problem with the "About Unicode Conferences" page. It
does indeed look like it has acquired some problems. We will get it fixed. As
to the dates for IUC17, I am checking with the conference organizer now.

It is understandable that the Unicode home page still invites readers to
register for last week's 15th conference. It is odd though that clicking
on conferences gets you to a page where the 13th, San Jose, 1998, is the
most recent, while clicking on the calendar lets you know the 16th
conference will be March 27-30, 2000 in Amsterdam. If the dates and
place of next fall's 17th conference are known could they be added to the
calendar?
