   I've just been looking at <http://crl.nmsu.edu/~mleisher/ucdata.html>.
To me, it looks as though

      HE SAID "it is 123,456, ok"

should appear as

     "it is 123,456, ok" DIAS EH

rather than the

      "ok, it is 123,456" DIAS EH

which the Unicode reference algorithm produces. Is this a bug in the code,
or in me?
