Anywhere we can find a table with the details on what
associations are defined (or would I have to resort to trial
and error)?

On a side note, by the way, this afternoon I managed to create
a small test file in FrontPage containing some Yi characters
and then succeeded in displaying it in IE5. FrontPage created
html that specified the characters in decimal and gave the font
explicitly:

ꀀꀁꀂꄀꄁꄂ
ꈀꈁꈂꌀꌁꌂꐀ
ꐁꐂ

IE5 showed boxes at first, but I just changed the encoding to
"user-defined", and immediately saw Yi. Not a bad start.
