Perhaps it is off-topic, but worth pointing out that BT are providing
guides in Welsh, Bengali, Urdu, Hindi, Gujarati, Punjabi, Mandarin,
Cantonese (via PDF files) and Braille. Even the British need Unicode 3.0
;)
