I have just found another Web browser for Windows that has Unicode support.
Details and download (1.49 MB) at:

It seems to use the Internet Options from IE 5.5 for most things, and
identifies itself as IE 5.5 with the appName, userAgent and appVersion
properties of the navigator object.
