As has been mentioned, Western Musical Symbols have been approved for
Unicode 3.1 (= ISO/IEC 10646-2), to be published later this year. Details
can be found in proposed draft UTR#27, at
http://www.unicode.org/unicode/reports/tr27/; the proposed code charts are
at http://www.unicode.org/charts/PDF/U31-1D100.pdf.
