  I've been searching high and low for a Unicode mapping table for Monotype's
  Hong Kong extension (cf Lunde CJKV p568), without success. Can anyone help?

  I could do it myself if necessary, but unless I get better at using stroke-
  radical indexes, it'll take at least 12 hours continuous effort :)
