It works fine for me in IE 6.0 (Win2K, Western European as default encoding
for Windows programs). Make sure the page is displayed as ISO-8859-1 [sic].
If I choose any other encoding in IE, e.g. UTF-8, it becomes garbage. I
tried to paste the text into Word, and then I saw exactly the same garbage
as on your screenshot.
