Discussion about staffing levels is not appropriate to this list, but
the current staff is a matter of public record:

http://www.unicode.org/unicode/consortium/directors.html

Magda Danish, Administrative Director (Mountain View, California)
Rick McGowan, Senior Software Engineer (Mountain View, California)
Julie Allen, Senior Editor (Seattle, Washington)

This can easily be found by checking current resolutions of WG2.
Those are also a matter of public record, being open (unlocked)
SC2 documents. The latest are the resolutions from the Dublin WG2
meeting:

http://anubis.dkuug.dk/jtc1/sc2/open/02n3614.pdf

Generic access to SC2 documents via the document register is at:

http://lucia.itscj.ipsj.or.jp/servlets/ScmDoc10?Com_Id=02

The overview of SC2's program of work can be found also via
the dkuug-hosted SC2 website:

http://www.dkuug.dk/JTC1/SC2/open/pow.htm

The next WG2 meeting is to be held jointly with SC2, in Tokyo,
December 9 - 13. At that meeting we expect that the current
amendments out for ballot as FPDAM's (Amendment 1 to 10646-2
and Amendment 2 to 10646-1) will have a resolution of comments,
be issued as DAM's, shortly thereafter to be approved and
published. The additions for Unicode 4.0 will be synchronized with
those two amendments.
