    I think that the bigger issue might be how do you extend Morse code to
    incorporate the Unicode character set.

    Other than an enormous number do dots and dashes per character there are
    other issues.

    Without case do you need a German sharp s?

    Does the final sigma need to forms?

    How do you do BiDi text?

    Do you need a separate dotted and dotless I for intelligibility?

    It bring up countless questions because Morse code is an audio code and is
    reduce to the most simple for that still caries intelligibility. No I don't
    think that it will contain a ZWJ.
