Opera 7 supports UTF-32

    Peter Karlsson just informed me and I confirmed that Opera 7 supports UTF-32
    and displays my utf-32 example page ok.

    (There may still be some wrinkles around surrogates, but this page does ok.)

    I'll update the text to indicate Opera 7 now works with utf-32.
