    If you mean Combining Horn that is U+031B. Combining horn *does* attach.
    It's the thing sticking out of the Vietnamese vowels at 01A0, 01A1, 01AF,
    01B0.

    Really, I don't think that should be recommended for use as a modifier to
    create the l-molle under discussion. The squiggle on the l-molle goes on
    the other side, for one thing!
