Unicode Technical Report #20 contains guidelines on the use of Unicode in
the context of XML and other markup languages.

This Unicode Technical Report has been updated to cover the characters
added to Unicode 4.0. The report is published simultaneously by W3C (as a
W3C Note) and The Unicode Consortium.
