Documents needed for proposal

    I'm currently preparing a proposal and I have (at least ;-) one doubt:
    Where can the average proposal author browse "section II, Character
    Categories" (needed for item B.3), "clause 14, ISO/IEC 10646-1: 2000"
    (needed for B.4) and "Annex L of ISO/IEC 10646-1: 2000" (needed for
    B.5a), short of buying the standard?

    Are these documents on line somewhere? Or is there at least some sort of
    abbreviated version which can be used to determine the answers of items
    B.3, B.4 and B.5a of a proposal?
