    It's not really true that the "traditional, historical, and geographical"
    county names shift, and it is perfectly correct to use them in the post.
    What has been in a constant state of flux is the administrative units,
    which started out aligned with the geographical counties back in 1889
    and have been changed and changed and changed again since 1974.
