    I think this is indeed what makes the most sense. For example, in an
    exchange on this list a while ago about what the capabilities of the
    new MS Office 2004 for Mac would be, it was useful to know that it
    would now generally support Unicode input and display, but really more
    important to know that it would probably still not support
    Arabic/Persian/Hebrew, Devanagari, Thai, or (decomposed) Vietnamese.
