Dear subscribers,

The Unicode.org server was down and off-line over the weekend from late
Saturday night to 9:00 Monday morning (Pacific time) due to serious problem
affecting some 1800 machines at our ISP.

The server and mail lists are now back up and functioning normally.

If you sent messages to the mail list over the weekend, they may not have
arrived yet. Please do not re-send messages that appear to have
disappeared, but wait a day and see if they show up.
