    Yes, I consider the analysis faulty, as has the
    N'Ko community, the UTC, and WG2. Yes, I consider
    Andries and Yergeau's insistence that several
    N'Ko diacritics and three letter characters to be
    removed, as expressed in document after document
    and SC2 votes, to be deliberately obstinate, as
    is the repeated assertion that their objections
    have not been addressed. And yes, I am sure that
    the N'Ko user community is unhappy with the
    activities of these two individuals with regard
    to N'Ko.

    I find that document to be misrepresentative of
    the facts, and technically faulty. And it (and
    their other documents) have not convinced the
    N'Ko community, the UTC, or WG2 to change the
    encoding.

    I apologize for discussing the matter with
    rancour on this list. That was doubtless out of
    line. But defending the N'Ko encoding time and
    time again has been most wearisome indeed.
