    Or look in DerivedNumericValues.txt. That does not give the syntaxes
    used for non-positional numeral systems though. But some characters
    are (obviously) used only in "isolation" w.r.t. numeral parsing:
    parenthesised and circled ones for instance. (If you intend to go that
    far.)
