The BSI's Internationalization Panel has always been there, but until
recently its purpose was to shadow the work of SC22/WG20. Since the
demise of SC22/WG20 it has reformulated its terms of reference, and is
now focussed on the work of SC2 and SC2/WG2. The BSI reinstated
P-membership of SC2 at the beginning of this year.
