Current GB18030 mapping table?

Is anyone aware of a current mapping table between Unicode and GB18030,
including the changes Ken Lunde described in L2/06-394 [1]?

The last time I checked, the very useful XML and UCM mapping tables at
the ICU site were updated only to 2001.

Thanks for any pointers.
