In an ISO proposed document I read about "non-ASCII scripts",
"writting in Japanese script", and "non-Romanized scripts". This
seems very confuse to me. However, I may be wrong and I do not want
to make any mistake. Can this wording be correct? In such a case what
    does it mean?
    Thank you for your help.
