Hello.

I would be glad if CSUR registered my script Sylabica. It's described at
<http://qrnik.knm.org.pl/~qrczak/sylabica/>.

While it doesn't really have users besides me, I think it's interesting
from a linguistic point of view (Polish-specific), and it looks nice.

BTW, <http://www.evertype.com/standards/csur/> contains a broken link to
<http://www.evertype.com/standards/csur/Tengwar.html>; should be
<http://www.evertype.com/standards/csur/tengwar.html>.

I've written to Michael Everson before but got no reply.
